Pros:I like that the room had A/C and the bathrooms were okay
Cons:The room looked trashed, marking on the wall, paper thin walls. Our door wasn’t even leveled to the ground so everytime someone steps out of there room we would hear our door make a noise like someone was outside. Most importantly our room had a door to connect to the neighboring room... the lock on that door was literally on the ground like someone had yanked it out.... it didn’t feel safe and there was no parking outside when I got there. I asked the person at the front desk and they just made a “uhhhh....” sound like he didn’t understand what I was saying. Please don’t stay here.
Pros:Location, since my meeting was 2 min. walking distance away.
Cons:The hotel itself is pretty dated.
Pros:Tony, the breakfast guy. He was very attentive and knew what we wanted as we entered for breakfast. The desk staff in general were friendly and helpful. The pond/lake was pretty the general area very nice.
Cons:Towels, each day we had to call for towels. House keeping took the used towels but didn't leave replacements. Our phone didn't work for a few days but I was able to trouble shoot it and get it working again. There were a lot of young baseball players in for a tournament and I am sure they caused problems with the towels, they would go down tho the pool and grab towels to take to the beach so a few times we had to call for towels at the pool. In the name of conservation we could re use towels but there are so few places to hang the used towels for re-use they generally ended up on the floor then house keeping would take them and not leave replacements. My teenage daughter felt like the room was to small and dark. It was kind of cramped.
Pros:Nice area and room was ok. And staff very helpful
Cons:In first room sink got backed up stinking up room. But they did transfer us to another room
Pros:Staff was very helpful and nice. Free cookies from front desk at check in - our daughter loved that. Room was decent size and we had everything we needed.
Cons:Would benefit from having even a simple continental breakfast, especially considering guests have to pay an extra $11 for parking. The breakfast is a little pricey, all things considered.

Cons:The room was narrow and compressed for two people, otherwise excellent. We will definitely stay again!
Pros:The manager Mr Kumar was very polite and granted me a early check in after driving 6 hours with the family. He Always greeted me by name. My daughter loved the lake with the duckies.
Cons:The beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast wasn't worth the 15 dollars per person
Pros:Friendliness of staff. Room rate is reasonable.
Cons:Difficult to communicate with cleaning staff. In seeing them on floor, asked them for a trashcan for the bathroom, box of facial tissues, etc and each of them could not understand. Had to ask at front desk for several times to finally get a trashcan. Towels were not replenished completely. For instance, only 1 bath towel would be furnished and face and hand towel would be missing. Suggestion: Have towels, tioletries, etc available upon request in an area behind front desk so housekeeping does not have to make a separate trip to a person's room. It appears time would be saved on part of staff plus one then has to wait until the staff comes by. Unusual and extremely bright night light does not turn off on top of coffee maker. Asked at front desk and a maintenance person was sent up. However, he did not speak English and could not explain or fix the situation. Instead he said I was in an Honor's Member Room. So we draped a towel over it at night to avoid the bright light shining all night long.
