Pros (+) I liked the location the best. It was so close to the beach and close to everything I wanted to do.
Cons (-) It was dirty. The lamp shades were stained and not straight. The drawers were broken and stained inside. The bathroom had someone else's hair in it. It was the dirtiest place I had ever stayed. I seriously thought I was going to end up sick after. I just wish they look the time to clean and replace things that clearly were stained.
