I reserved a mini-van, but it hadn’t arrived yet. So, the gave me a Pathfinder. Yes, it seats 7, but it is not the same size. I had to put luggage on the top of the car. I returned it 25 min early and was told that I would be charged $100+ because I returned it early. Be cautious and ask questions.2.0 Poor

Nothing. Reserved a rate from cvg to sdf. Got to the desk and they advised me that the rate was good only from an outside budget location.????? They wanted to charge me an extra $40 for a one day rental. I left and will never return.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I was notified up front that I was receiving a 40 dollar discount because of the condition of the van. I was told that the mgr had spent the last hour trying to get it clean. The van was a mess. It had a terrible odor (fecal like). The sliding door didn't work. I was told by the mgr that a seat belt was caught in it. The door had to be opened from the inside, and even that was difficult. I asked for a different van, I was told that was the only one available.10.0 Wonderful

I had to cancel this reservation and there was no confirmation email sent so I had to call again. It was just so jard to know....did I do everything that needed to be done or not? And I kept gett8ng pick up return information. I had COVID so the entire trip was cancelled2.0 Poor

The staff were super rude and cared less. I told them to credit the charge back to my account and they of course said that they couldn't do that. I had an itinerary made up for that week and they literally waited a few hours beforehand to cancel the reservation.Cons:

The process was extremely fast... we honestly weren’t expecting such a swift and friendly experience and atmosphere. The young man who helped us on the pick up day actually didn’t have what we wanted in stock and gave us a nicer vehicle at the same price. Thanks Enterprise team!10.0 Wonderful
