Cons:

The process was extremely fast... we honestly weren’t expecting such a swift and friendly experience and atmosphere. The young man who helped us on the pick up day actually didn’t have what we wanted in stock and gave us a nicer vehicle at the same price. Thanks Enterprise team!

Cons:

The rental was canceled in June and I did not receive the money for the insurance down payment Nobody will return my calls. I will never use kayak and make sure everyone knows.

Hertz didn’t bother to contact me until less than 24 hours prior to pickup to inform me that they couldn’t rent a car to me. My husband reserved the car and used his CC. I tried to use MY debit card and was told Hertz didn’t accept debit cards. ?? When I tried to cancel the reservation with Hertz I was directed to another number to call 🙄 I will not use Hertz again.

The website indicated I could pick it up in Cincinnati when I googled "Airport Pickup". The address was nowhere near the airport, and I ended up cancelling the reservation. It is lucky that the woman from the rental agency called me to tell me they were not open on Sunday, which was my first clue this was NOT at the airport! Very misleading on KAYAK's part!

I requested to pick up a car at the Cincinatti aiport and Kayak sent me to a Hertz that was not even at the airport. I never made it to pick up my car because my flight was delayed by 30 min and by the time I got to the Hertz counter at the airport and figured out my reservation was not at the airport it was 6:03pm and the place where my reservation was had closed at 6pm. The Hertz at the airport had no cars available and neither did any other vendor. None of them could help me in person, I had to do everything online and when the Hertz company finally said I could take a van it was going to be $388 for less than 24 hours. My original reservation was for $46 that I would like a refund on. Due to this confusion and Kayak choosing a rental place that was not at the airport and closed early for my flight time (Kayak asked for my flight information) I had to pay for a $109 Uber to Lexington and an $80 cab back from Lexington. I thought I was going to spend $46 and now I've spent $235 because of your poor program. I have never been to Cincinatti, how on earth would I know the rental car reservation was not at the airport when that is what I searched.....

Pros:

I had to cancel this reservation and there was no confirmation email sent so I had to call again. It was just so jard to know....did I do everything that needed to be done or not? And I kept gett8ng pick up return information. I had COVID so the entire trip was cancelled

Pros:

The staff were super rude and cared less. I told them to credit the charge back to my account and they of course said that they couldn't do that. I had an itinerary made up for that week and they literally waited a few hours beforehand to cancel the reservation.

Cons:

The whole process could have been handled in a different manner. I put the blame on hertz and there people
