Poor service and dishonestPros:The customer service representative at the desk was very kind.Cons:Upon arriving I waited 4 hours for the representative to arrive at the airport since the desk was not in the airport. Then the contract number was changed, and no contract in English was available, therefore the third party insurance was made void, and extra insurance had to be purchased from Sixt directly. The insurance wall not full coverage. During the rental period the car was slightly damaged by a hit an run. The manager said, over the phone, that this happens all the time in Peru and the insurance won't pay for it, so the Sixt insurance was useless and the third party insurance could not be applied because the contract number was changed. The manager said the third party insurance would be honoured by Sixt, but finally it wasn't. The overall experience was very poor and the manager did not keep his word.Reviewed Jan 8 2018
