I had never heard of your company before this trip; would now recommend. The staff member who checked us in (“The Mark”) was friendly and efficient!! I found that somehow while checking to see if my Reservation was in order, somehow it duplicated my Reservation. Well, the Rep at St. Paul (Micah), pointed that out right away, and told me what I needed to do to resolve this issue. Which was great, and resolving the issue was not hard, and was handled in a very efficient manner. But then he turned around and told us that we could upgrade from a Toyota Camry to BMW 2 series for around $5.00 a day. I choose initially not to rent the BMW 2 series, because the rate was almost double. Then when we got the invoice, we saw that there was not any discount on the BMW whatsoever it was nearly double. We don't like the idea, that you will receive a copy of your invoice, in your email in 15 to 20 minutes. That way no verification. I also did email a claim, but so far nothing, except a response was they only check the canceled reservation.Reviewed May 24 2023

I was hugely disappointed overall. Just to change the pick up from city center to the airport turned out to be impossible. The location in city center is very difficult to find, even by cabbies. And to get a car big enough to accommodate our luggage, that had been fully explained in our request last September, cost an additional 500 pounds. What was a good deal turned into exploitation. Either lose all our prepaid money or pony up the extra money and drag all our luggage into the city center to get a bigger car. We’re all in our sixties— not good customer service to me! With Hertz, we spent half us much for two weeks as we spent for one week with Sixt. Kane at the airport and Adam at city center were very helpful at getting us in a larger vehicle but at a cost. On the other hand, the online assistance was non existent. Rude, extremely slow to respond and not helpful. I won’t be using Sixt again.Reviewed May 24 2023

The car was brand new and nice, although I waited a long time as the staff had no sense of urgency and there were other staff standing around On the return they just sat and waived me to drive up to the rental office and I kept asking if someone was going to assist me. They 2 employees just sat talking to each other and finally called someone to check in the car.Reviewed May 24 2023
