We booked an SUV as I am disabled, but was presented with a Suzuki GLX which is tiny. I could not even fit my suitcase in the boot as it was so small, so we were forced to upgrade to a Maxda CX5 at considerable cost which I imagine was their plan all along. Of the child seats provided, one was criminally unsafe and luckily I was able to borrow one from my relatives in Israel. The Sixt staff tried to up-sell me their insurance, which I had to politely decline three times, and watched me struggle with my disability with no offer of help. On return, Sixt took 40 minutes to examine the car for the slightest blemish they could charge me for, while I had a plane to catch. Avoid ShlomoSixt in Israel as they are trying to rob you.Reviewed Sep 13 2022

Because of time changes and unexpected issues I tried to return the car 4 days earlier than expected! I know that there is a huge short on cars in this days and brought the car to hayarkin office The lady over there told me that returning before time will cost me 150$ more!!!!!! All was fine except being charged $70 USD for a tiny scratch on the side mirror. Would have thought this would have been considered regular "wear & tear" but obviously not...We use this company everywhere we travel but switching now due to this incident...Reviewed Aug 4 2022

Didn't have the car we ordered. Agent was rude, and basically said take the car or we'll give it to someone else. Enormous safety deposit (2k), and was charged $500 more than the white male client after me. In the end was overcharged for the rental, and was harassed for over a month after returning the car with miscellaneous unsubstantiated charges.
