Pros:Service was prompt and professional. Shorter like at airport than other rental booths. No pressuring to accept the insurances. Very pleasant interaction.
Our car was great and dropping off was great. The real issue was in picking up the car. We came from Nice, not from the airport which was the first challenging part. There was not an address on our rental confirmation so we just used google to look up Sixt rental. Google took us to a place inside the airport. We waited there for over 30 minutes and then the worker told us that we had to go to a different place, but didn't really clearly explain where. When we did find the rental place it was very obvious and I think would be really easy to find if you were landing there in the airport, but very frustrating experience.

Pros:Wasn't anything I particularly liked.
Cons:I was charged car cost and sent bill. Two day later I received another bill for 70 euros for what was called "premium station". I emailed car rental company asking what the change was for I never got reply. Very poor way to treat your customers.
Enrique provided awesome service and tourism advice. The car was great. The pickup and drop off was easy.
They pointed to little scratches and said i damaged the car. There was not enough light at car pick up to see it. The car was parked in a hotel parking and i did not damage the car. The very tiny scratches were from before. Please take pictures of the car. It had many large scratches at pickup.
Johan was so helpful when we picked up the car. He helped us get the right car, gave us restaurant recommendations for the area, and was overall just amazing to work with. The restaurants he recommended ended up being amazing, of course!
Cons:Sixt charged me 432 euros for a tiny superficial scratch that any other rental company would dismiss as normal wear and tear. I have photos where you can barely see it. Completely unreasonable and unwilling to listen to reason. Will make sure to never use it Sixt's services again, highly suggest Enterprise, Avis or any other car rental company instead.
They didn't even give us the car, it was really a bad experience and they made us loose 4 hours on our trip
