Pros:Drop off in the airport was fast and convenient
Cons:I asked for a receipt and was told I should go online. I wanted to make sure they noted the gas tank was 1/2 full. I could not get them to give me the receipt. We I got home I discovered they of course charge me for 1/4 of a tank of fuel as if I had returned the car with an empty tank.
Pros:Pickup and dropoff were easy.
Cons:I would have preferred a slightly smaller vehicle with decent trunk space for two large suitcases. Parallel parking a mini SUV in Europe can be challenging.
Pros:Polite and quick
Cons:Had to pick up and bring the car back to an undergroung parking. Car should been brought to you and attendent should return the car to underground parking.
Pros:Drop off is so easy. Pick up takes somewhat longer than expected, perhaps due to my booking was not doen directly with Hertz/thrift. They asked me to write down typical info such as address, cell number and email which was given when booking was made.
Pros:Easy pick up and drop off. No language issues. Accommodating.

Cons:The low price was without any insurance, insurance cost four times the rent. Damage or theft could cost me up to €13 000. I didn't get the car I ordered, I was a bigger more expensive car. Quite clumsy for driving in a city, camping and parking. The reason was that I was there at 12 o'clock, the only time you can give through KAYAK. The car was not cleaned, I was told so, but I didn't have the option to get another car.
Cons:The drop-off was a nightmare. They insisted I had to bring back the car before 5.30 pm because I hadn’t bought extra insurance. But then the office was closed, and I had to come back the next morning... On top of it they got really rude when I complained
Cons:not an option for 12 hour rental- overpriced
