Cons:Drop off location in Nice train station was difficult to find. Poor signage and directions.

Pros:The staff at Nice airport were amazingly friendly and helpful. We got an amazing upgrade to a really nice car (plus all the other cars in the lot looked suitably smart), and drop-off took 30 seconds.
Cons:There's quite a long wait in line to pick-up cars at Nice airport, but this is the same for all of the rental companies (it's a busy place!). Approx 30 mins waiting.
Cons:Over billed by an exorbitant amount (extra $600), received no receipt nor explanation
