Pros:I didn't like the way the staff got at me when I first came in to check in i mean priceline already took my money and then staff said oh we can't take your card because its debit then he started calling me buddy and I didn't like that he called everybody else sir so I told him I would like to talk to a manager and he called and spoke for me i did not like that I was embarrassed he got alittle loud with me it was poor service I feel I should get a free rental

Cons:From the moment I walked up to the counter to get my car. The staff member, was on her phone texting. Come to find out later she uses the phone to text her coworkers. (Which is fine) However please just communicate that to the customer. When i got upstairs to get a car, they told me they don't have a car available because it was on hold for someone else. After going back and forth, waiting finally a really nice employee talked to us. (keep in mind roughly 20 minutes had passed) We told her we were on our honey moon and being Hertz members we were referred by someone to just try Sixt. We finally get our car and once we are an 1 hour and 38 minutes out of San Jose, the car starts giving problems. It kept flashing low engine coolant. We had to pull the car over and let the engine cool off. Now we call customer service who tell us to drive back to the airport. We were exhausted from our flight and just let the car cool down. Took it to the hotel and just kept it there, until we got a hold of BMW. HERE IS THE BEST PART! Customer Service department had told me that they were going to send a compliment over to management and management would follow up. NEVER EVER HAPPENED, now I am following up to receive a refund/major discount for this event. Imagine driving and having to pull over every 45 minutes to an hour. It literally sucked. Another amazing customer service moment was when they called me and stated they heard i was having car problems and wanted to switch out the car for me. THEY CALLED ON THE DAY I WAS DRIVING BACK TO leave back home!! All in all, i saved $18.00 by using Sixt compared to Hertz. I'm not saving Hertz doesn't have this kinda of problem but believe me they take care of their customers.

Cons:Staff arrived 1:20 minutes later than stated opening time and 20 minutes after the rental was supposed to start. The car had clearly not been cleaned as evidenced by the numerous loose hairs found within the car. I was given a much larger car than reserved, and had to argue to get put back into a more reasonably sized one to avoid the excess fuel costs of a Highlander vs a smaller car. Would not rent from Sixt again for anything important or for <$50/day difference. Genuinely atrocious customer service, and was unable to get ahold of a human on the phone.

Pros:Van had required room, had enough power for mountains near Yosemite.
Cons:Mercedes design: weird shifter, too many controls in unusual locations. Middle seat design lacked cupholders, hard to exit left.

Cons:I reserved the vehicle class (Chavey Tahoe or similar) almost 5 months prior and when I get there that "car" isn't available..... The young lady behind the counter could have cared less.
