WRONG CAR .....
Cons: I reserved the vehicle class (Chavey Tahoe or similar) almost 5 months prior and when I get there that "car" isn't available..... The young lady behind the counter could have cared less.

Charged for a service that was never provided
Cons: After charging me online for the car rental, Sixt informed us at the airport that they did not accept debit cards. The lady handed me a brochure to call customer care and ask about our refund. The person I spoke with over the phone said that I would have to submit something in an email with the request. I sent an email explaining what happened and that I wanted a refund of the money they accepted (from my debit card). Their response never acknowledged my refund request and instead shared their debit card policy. I still have not received a refund for a service that was never provided. I would also like to mention that the person at the counter said no one at the airport accepted debit cards, but we went one counter down and they happily accepted our form of payment. Never using this company - horrible customer service in person, over the phone and via email.

Would never use Sixt again
Cons: Staff was unprofessional from the checkout counter to the garage. Had to hunt down an employee each time. Would never use again.

Late arrival + early closing time = bad car rental
Cons: Prepayment and early closing meant that my money was taken, and I had to rent from another company with appropriate business hours. So I had to pay twice, and I had to pay last minute rate for the send company
