Pros:The pickup was very easy; helpful staff. Drop-off was a big problem: No staff at all at Linz-Hoersching airport: The booth was even dismantled. No-one warned us about this and it took a long time before someone could tell us over the phone what to do with the car. Still waiting for the damage deposit to be credited to my account.

I dont like Kayak biasing my answers by prefilling 'excellent' as an answer to all my question. So the results in this reviews list are framed and not 100% honest.

Pros:The Sixt agent in Vienna was SO unbelievably helpful and kind! Offering an upgrade, one way changes and offering insurance. He was genuine, helpful and really nice! The online app was easy to use and I could ensure peace of mind on everything.
Cons:Nothing! An absolutely fabulous car hire experience.

Cons:No options of cars. They didn’t informus about charges at boarders, they might not know about it, but it’s inportant for future.

Car in very good condition, very clean, and added safety options for lane and adaptive speed control. The return of car went fine, but on arrival during normal business hours there was no one in the garage area to immediately process the car.
Pros:Good car (an Opal) for a basic level, far better than the average we usually get in the US.
Cons:Reservation confirmation sent us to a business office that was closed at the time of pick-up, and the "directions" posted on the door of the closed office were misleading. It took us nearly an hour to find the actual pick-up location, which we had to find by asking around.
No motorway vignette. Had to buy one on the motorway. No navigation although one was promissed
