Cons:Initial price was 97€ which raised up to 220€ at the rental office (Due to insurance). When I refused to buy insurance i was informed that 2000€ of deposit will be blocked. So I refused to rent car at your company at all. Unfair and not transparent price policy.

Pros:Nothing
Cons:First of all I could not find it at the Airport because Hertz was handling it. No one showed us where the car was parked and no going over the cars functions. I had booked the car with the Plane and told them what countries I was visiting I even called the Vienna location to ask about toll stickers for those countries. I was told we could not drive in Croatia and Montenegro our final destination. I had to Book a car from Split where I could drive to Montenegro and pay for 2 cars.

Pros:The workers were helpful and courteous at check out and check in.
Cons:I paid for a car that would seat seven people and have room for two sit cases. However, the car I got had a tiny rear seat that my seven year old couldn't fit her legs in unless we moved the middle seat forward to where the others passengers had their knees pressed up against the front seats. With the third row seat open, we couldn't fit any luggage in the tiny space behind the rear seat.

Cons:Although I purchased a full protection insurance they asked me to block on my card 2000 euros provisionally and some another 150 provisionally in case i dont deliver the car on the date and the gas tank empty. for a transaction of 47 euros they blocked additional 2150 euros! imagine if i didnt have availability on my card. Also, when I delivered the car it was in an open plot without a person to receive the car. Imagine if anyone would vandalize the car over night! Too many unknowns and worries for a day rental with full protection, isnt it?
