Cons:Hurts doesn't let you cancel car rentals unless you call them. While travelling, without an international data plan this was impossible. I have made and cancelled other car reservations by email or on the website without issue. The only reason they would make it so complicated is to make it harder for their customers to get their money back. The price was also misleading. It said at The end it was charging me $43 on my credit card, but when I paid my receipt was for over $100. I'm not sure how that can be legal. I will never rent from Hertz again.

Pros:The vehicle was new and comfortable. Pickup and drop off was flexible.
Cons:The car was parked under a tree and dirty outside. The GPS had some issues and shutoff a couple times.

Cons:During the return, the agent questioned a couple of spots on the back fender. We had NO issues using the car. Not sure why these spots were not properly documented before.

Pros:staff was super friendly and professional at both ends. however, the drop off location was extremely confusing in Salzburg as it was having to go the wrong way on a one way street to return vehicle. the car was superb, luxurious beyond belief and practically drove itself with all the add ons.
Cons:only the return location could be easier to access. otherwise it was the most outstanding experience i have ever had in renting a vehicle

Cons:The sign to drop the car is not clear at all, it's in front of Hertz which is also a walk way. Please see, comment above. If this has been clearly explained at pick-up point, will save us some time, trying to figure things out in the middle of the road.
