Cons:After signing all the documents and payment information we went to the rental parking location at Dubai airport terminal 1 and we had to wait half an hour for them to bring the car from another parking location. We had kids and luggage and had just landed so we didn’t appreciate the pointlessness of this waiting time especially since their excuse was it has to be washed and filled with petrol. They knew we were coming and could have made it ready ahead of time!

Cons:Not so friendly staff. Car was so small for the price paid. I've had far better values with other companies in the same airport.

Cons:I reserved on your cite BMW Q1 and they gave me a Chinese crummy and unsafe car. The customer service was horrible . Will never rent a car from them and never recommend them .
Pros:Not much, except that the drop off with driver service to our departing terminal was made easy by staff.
Cons:It was given to us dirty, dented on the outside. Inside was worse as it smelled like an ashtray and had stains on the seats. We were in a hurry and just delt with it. We had just rented the same car in South Africa and this was either an old model or something very different. This car was a slug and had a larger trunk, so I think it was a previous model.
1. I booked a Jaguar XE 2. Was offered a Mercedes A Class 3. The agent tried to convince me that this an upgrade 4. The agent didn't offer me any other alternative 5. I asked for an alternative and he called the operations which offered me 2 alternatives; Nissan Patrol 4 times the rate and Mercedes GLS; 10 times the price 6. I asked even for a downgrade, they refused to offer me alternative 7. Finally after about 40 minutes I escalated to their supervisor who offered me a Mercedes CLA, again with no alternatives but I accepted since it was bigger than the A Class and I had mu family with me

Cons:I am a diamond card holder; which means I should get 25% discount and an upgrade no matter what. However, staff at the airport neither gave me the discount nor provided me with an upgrade even though they should have been informed about those. I asked your staff to give the insurance charge as a gift as a compensation; however, they declined this as well. I told the person at the airport at tleast to check with his supervisor the next day and call me accordingly; however, no response again. Finally, I was informed that the branch at Al Maktoum airport is open 24 hours; however, when i went there to hand over the car back, there was nobody to pick up the car! All this has been a very bad experience for me. Regards Burak
Pros:I was given a Mazda2, a very small car even those though I had paid for a bigger car like corolla. SixT agent claimed that they were only asked to provide a small car by the middlemen like Kayak and carrentals.com. He said it was a common practice among these online agencies to charge for bigger cars but only provide small car to the customers. I paid more because I wanted a bigger car, but got a car that was available for $50 cheaper had I selected that In the first place. Carrentals.com has washed its hands off this.
