Cons:They didn't have the reservation- they didn't have a car similar to what I had reserved, after waiting half an hour I was told it would be at least another half hour, at least, finally the price was nothing like the reservation - so many hidden costs, more than double the price on my reservation

Pros:They were quick and doubg the paperwork and good price.

Cons:The vehicle wasn't clean and didn't have enough gas. So I almost run out of gas. Plus they charge all these extra things that is not mentioned upfront.

Pros:To long admi formalities, the car I book don't was available !!!company ofer expensive option... Black car deliver in dark place during the night... Car was full of marks in front back and sides... Is really easy mess a couple... Client have to identify the damage alredy made in the car!!!! Price for deliver on the Aeroport is creazy... Rent for 80 per day the park cost 50.

Cons:Company clarify all cost before pass debit cart; Company should identify previous marks and damage on car before and inform client "costume service" For the client comfort was fantastic if they reduce or found a different way to deliveries in Aeroport.

Pros:I was told I could return the car anywhere in Dubai which made life so much easier. The last day I dropped the car at the mall and got a taxi to the airport which made this process so much easier.

Cons:Air condition was not good for dubai weather I've Booked online toyota yaris but they said it's not avalible so they gave me honda civic but i had to pay more! Also the value for the insurance will increase. Many scratches on the body of the car , and it was dirty! When I delivered the car they said there is a scratch on the body and i have to pay for fixing! I totally don't recommend to deal with this company

Pros:At least car was clean. It was also cheap rental and the car was waiting for me. The rest was a nightmare.

Cons:We were charged for SUV but got just a normal car. I've rented a SNADARD SUV, which should have a 4x4 option. We were planning to go to mountainous region (no off road, but steep roads). It was standard front wheel drive, we were unable to go where we planned. It was automatic transmission and it was very hard to take a car uphill with 4 pax. Car exterior had a lot of scratches and dents, it seems like a decade old. Inside was not better - driver seat had a hole. There was also a giant hole on the carpet. The windows and mirrors were MANUAL. At the end the rental we were informed that we will be charged for broken windshield. There was nothing on windshield after i went to check the car and after a huge fight i ended up not paying. I will never rent with them again.
