Pros:They don't give me car, because my international driver license (I used it in USA, Korea, Turkey, EU without problem) no working in UAE.
Easy access and process
Cons:I was charged an extra 50 AED for „parking” - not mentioned in the booking agreement . basically I felt scammed. I will choose a different agency next time if I have a choice.
Pros:Process is straight forward for the return
Cons:I rented a ford mondeo or similar and ended up with a ford fusion and a nice take it or leave it because we do not rent ford mondeo since 2016 ... really poor customer experience Renting a type of cars you do not have in stock since 2016 ... sounds close to a scam but this is just my opinion
Pros:Nice vehicle
Cons:Almost an hour later than promised, exterior filthy, interior had bugs. Attendants spoke very poor english. Some documents in Arabic only.
Pros:Easy to locate office
Cons:It took too much time to do complete the rental agreement. They tried to add parking fees that was not quoted in the reservation.
they had not informed me that they need a credit card and i only had a debit card. almost every other company at the airport accepted debit card.
Cons:Traffic police in Dubai is ridiculous, unfair and u just and biased, and the car rental company is doing nothing about it.
Cons:I wanted to rent for an extra day but couldn’t get the same rates, so returned. It was an inconvenience. Why can’t car rental companies in Dubai extend rentals at same discounted rates?
Pros:Not much.
Cons:Through Kayak I rented an intermediate SUV. National/Alamo gave me a compact suv, which was a Ford Ecosport, barely larger than a Ford Fiesta. They argued the rate was too low for an intermediate suv. Additionally, one gentleman at the desk said my rate was “unacceptable” and another associate had to pull my reservation from online t see the rental.
