Cons:When you search for a car in the UAE on Kayak, Budget comes up as a dollar cheaper than the others. They are cheating. If you book their car, they will proceed to blackmail you into paying for excess insurance by blatently, manually, crossing out the excess liability limit of 2,000 dhs on your contract and changing it to 4,000 dhs. If you don't like it, you have to pay for excess liability insurance at more than 50% of the daily rental rate. Budget rate is NOT comparable to others. They are taking advantage of customers. The car I had was not full of fuel as my booking stated, so I lost 1/4 tank returning the car full. Would they be fair and credit you for that? of course not. They will proceed to penalize the next customer for bringing the car 1/16th short, and so on... The car I got from Budget, had the wrong size front tires, mismatched tires, low air pressure in the tires, had a previous accident that was cheaply repaired, etc... Do NOT rent from Budget

Cons:Poor customer service, hidden charges which are not shown on the reservation websites.

Cons:Have charged 45 AED extra saying that it's parking fee. Charged 20 AED extra when the fuel indicator is jus 1 bar lesser.

Cons:They charged more than $177 while price was $157 and then charge $15 or so on return. But overall everything was good.

Pros:It was convenient but I had to book with someone else.
Cons:I had to book another vehicle locally. The saleswoman was rude and discourteous. She tried to overcharge me more than what was reserved by $1,000. Then stated that it was because I used a third party to reserve the vehicle and told me that I was responsible for additional fees and services.
Pros:Nothing since they refuse my drive license that I use in many countries.
Cons:You should ask more information and be aware of the details otherwise it is just frustratin
Cons:I didn’t like the fact that they would not go or the insurance I paid for via Kayak. I want my $45 back for that!
