Pros:Many German car options.
Cons:Interior of Front and rear windshield were not clean. They had a greasy film whichreduced visibility. Had to stop at local store to but cleaning product.
Pros:Very clean and attractive office.
Cons:I made a reservation for the small/economy car. When I arrived that option was unavailable and I had to pay for a larger nicer car that I didn't want or need but supposedly it was the only option available. This had an upgrade fee that was 4 times the quoted amount listed on Kayak. Then the full coverage insurance offered as an add on on Kayak which I purchased was not recognized by the car rental company... It was as if they had no idea that it had been offered. I had copies of the policy numbers and receipts but they just looked at me with wide eyes. It also took a very long time at the counter to actually get the car.
Cons:Brand new car. Check in very quick !!!
Pros:Pickup in airport.
Cons:I booked a Mercedes (or similar) and laid a premium price and I got a Mitsubishi. Not similar at all for the same price. Not happy w Sixt.

Pros:Car. The BMW was great to drive.
Cons:We had to keep asking for directions. GPS and hot spot did not work. When the GPS did work, it was not updated, and took us off the main road to country roads, instead of the new highways. Check the internet connection before you leave the rental agency.

Cons:Check-in was a bit lengthy. Allianz insurance doesn't matter for Sixt.
Pros:Nice staff. Good car.
Cons:We ended up with car trouble and got a ride with a local (hired by sixt) to drive us 3 hours to the nearest sixt location which was in Lisbon. We were near the Spain’s boarder. The guy was an insane driver who didn’t speak a word of English. We were suppose to pick up another car but didn’t bother.
Pros:very helpful service at check in and they put me in a Renault mini suv that was perfect. Also as the Lisbon airport was just over swarming with people and all the rental agencies had very long lines, at least this company had 5 people working very efficiently.
