Cons (-) The night manager criticized the day manager unnecessarily even though he was able to fix the issue. No customer should need to be informed of personal discontent over the prior managers mistake. Simply apologize on behalf of the company, fix the issue and move on. Cons (-) I reserved a king bed, but when I got to hotel, was given 2 regular size beds and the end of the hall. It was apparent that the hotel was not full, so the only reason I can find is that I booked with a discounted service, therefore I did not get the room I requested.
