Pros. The entire hotel facility (especially the room) was very clean. Staff was great. Had nothing to complain about or wish to change.
Pros. They called and said they had rebooked me at the Hampton Inn across the street, which was one of the hotels I specifically avoided when booking in the first place. The second Hotel behaved as if the first hotel never let them know I was coming. I call shenanigans. won't be back unless the Verrazano collapses.
Pros. The staff did respond immediately to my phone calls and had security search the holes for this person but the club surrounding it inside the hotel does make it intolerable to have a good night sleep
Cons. I don't recommend this hotel for single adult women that are trying to get a good nights rest because of the clubs downstairs and the drunks morning the hallways just not enough security to stop all that
