Pros: close to town
4 wineries within walking distance
great breakfast with lots of options!
Cons: We came to Prosser for the Wine and Art Gala. When we checked in, we asked if there was a shuttle to town. Front desk said no, but recommended a driving service by "Cindy." Cindy was very nice, and the car was clean, but she was greatly over priced. For a 1.4 mile one way ride, we were charged $25!!! The real kicker came when the van driver of the RV park a crossed the street offered free shuttle service to and from the event for both the RV park and the hotel! When we complained, the night shift front desk employee said they have had multiple complaints about Cindy. Don't fall for Cindy's driving scam!
A trip to wine country is just what you need, and our Prosser hotel is the perfect location for wine tasting. We're known for the cleanliness of rooms, a good location for wine tasting and a fantastic location featuring easy access off Interstate 82. We're a good stopping point next door to a truck stop, but many of our guests choose to stay a little longer to enjoy the beauty of the region. Wine tasting and Thanksgiving in Wine Country are idyllic for romantic getaways. Enjoy numerous wine-related festivals throughout the year, or head to our Prosser hotel for a weekend escape. Wine inspectors, vendors and trucking companies are all regular guests at our Prosser hotel. If you're here for work with ConAgra, the Bonneville Power Administration, the Department of Fish and Wildlife or an Agriculture business or corporate business, you'll feel right at home with us. Slip into luxurious bedding and enjoy the peace and quiet that you need while on business. Our friendly staff members are happy to accommodate groups too, making your stay the best it can be. When visiting Grandview, Cozy Rose Inn is a great choice to consider. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and full breakfast daily between 8:30 AM and 9 AM. Other highlights at this luxurious bed & breakfast include a terrace and a garden, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and bathrobes.
Pros: It had by far the best complimentary buffet breakfast that I've had. The staff worked hard and delivered excellent service.
Cons: The eggs were powdered, tasted terrible! Improving the eggs would take it up another notch.
The Yakima Valley is well-known for its wines and agriculture; however, our location in Zillah is ideal for family events and the corporate traveler, as well. With over two dozen wineries in the Zillah area, our hotel is the natural choice for the wine enthusiasts. However, there are numerous farmer’s markets, u-pick farms, and beautiful lavender farms. You will also appreciate the rich, amplified colors as the seasons change throughout our valley, in addition to the stunning vistas of snow-capped Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainier. The Pacific Northwest is rich with history and beauty and the Best Western Plus® Vintage Valley Inn is positioned perfectly for those who love the outdoors. Located to the southwest of us is the Columbia River Gorge where family and friends will enjoy hiking, biking, water sports, museums, and wineries. Also, to the northwest of us is White Pass and Rimrock Lake, which are ideal for hiking, picnicking, hunting, fishing, white water rafting, snow shoeing, and skiing. Finally, to the west of our hotel is the historic Fort Simcoe Park where you will enjoy the museum, bird watching, wildlife viewing, picnicking, and gorgeous views of Mt. Adams. All of this is within 60-90 minutes of Zillah which makes our hotel the natural choice for you and your family to stay after enjoying many day trips. The quietness of our town, our amenities, and exceptional guest service are why many guests appreciate coming back to our hotel after a long day of work or sporting events in the Yakima area. You will enjoy our newly updated lobby, relaxing in our spacious pool/spa area, working out in our large fitness center, or coming down to our dining room for the complimentary evening snack. Yet, it is our attention to detail and friendly staff that will keep you coming back again and again. We look forward to developing relationships with our new guests and re-kindling the relationships we have with our regular guests. Welcome home!
Cons: We were interrupted in the night by someone trying to get in. Not fun!
Pros: It had a roof
Cons: Horrible place
Cons: the room was not ready for a hour after check in time
Pros: Quite, next to our work, staff fairly friendly
Pros: Nice size room, comfy bed and had a separate table with chairs as well as a small sofa and coffee table area. Breakfast in the morning was average.
Cons: Noisy, even when wearing earplugs, kids running down hallways for hours. Not thoroughly cleaned. I stepped on candy and wrappers with bare feetHair dryer had exposed wiresIroning board very difficult to open, had to repair it in order to use.
Cons: Customer service was terrible front desk & management don't care about reservations made on line. They upped the price I already booked online even with a reservation and booking confirmation. By $--- and told me I could pay extra or cancel my room.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, easy to find, and the front desk was manned at all hours.
Cons: The beds were quite uncomfortable.
Convenient, low cost and clean!
Pros: Upgraded to room with hot tub, excellent price for room, cleanliness and friendliness!
Tony checked us in and is very friendly. I called ahead while we were still driving as I knew we would arrive late. Everything was in order when we got there. Two friendly young ladies checked me out and provide a free newspaper. Your website compared the hotel with what I expect to be a nicer, cleaner place. The carpeting is really rather disgusting and there is a support pole in the center of the room. Watch out if you need to rise in the dark in the middle of the night.
Pros: Bathroom was fantastic - clean, well-painted, deep tub. Room was spacious. Room has fridge and microwave. Breakfast is available although we were in a hurry and did not check it out.
Cons: The lighting was mostly okay although the wall lamps by the bed did not work. The carpeting in the room is old and stained. Beds were okay although they sagged to the middle. The windows have black-out drapes, but no privacy drapes (the sheer kind)
Pros: Free, fast wifi and helpful staff.
Cons: Room felt a bit dated
Overpriced for the quality of the accommodations. The only reason to pay the price at which I did, even through PL, was because it was important to me to stay in Toppenish for purposes of my trip. For the prices at which this hotel is available there are much better facilities available in many other nearly locales.
Pros: It had a comfortable bed and a clean room. It was located in Toppenish, which was convenient for my trip.

Pros: They had nice curb appeal, and even looked like care had been taken in updating the hotel room.
Cons: The bed was like sleeping on a box spring mattress...very hard. The pool area was fairly close to our room. We had just gone to bed around 10:00 when around 10:15 we could kids laughing and yelling from the inside pool area. To my surprise I found out the pool was open until 11:00pm. Way too late and way to close to the hotel rooms where people were trying to sleep.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Clean room and amentiies.
Cons: Breakfast cereal tasted quite stale
When visiting Toppenish, Toppenish Inn and Suites is a great choice to consider. You can go for a morning swim at the indoor pool and visit the fitness center for a workout. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: This motel was just taken over by a family and they are making every effort to renovate their rooms and amenities. What can I say? It's pretty straightforward clean rooms and bathrooms. Upgraded 24 hr security, larger flatscreen TV's. Daily maid service. It's not fancy yet it's comfortable.
The staff and ownership shared with me they want to change the internet's old perception and make Travel Inn every visitors place to stay when visiting this region. Hands down they have the best value. I liked it so much I chose to Stay another week.
Cons: Ice machine not working. My bathroom had ants, they took care of the ants. They need a desk in the rooms for business folk like me
