Motel was a decent value for the money. Good location. Found hair in tub. No maid service during stay. Breakfast was meager. The waffles were tough, as in could have been used for truck bed liner.

Pros (+) The room was warm and clean, comfortable bed. They had early rides to the airport, a big part of why I stayed there, since I live far from the KC airport.

Cons (-) We were told the day before that we would be able to check in at 1:00 PM since we would be arriving early but when we tried to check in, we were told that the rooms would not be ready for an hour. We left and returned at 2:20 pm and only one room was ready and were again told that we would have to wait for another 1 5-20 minutes for the 2nd room to be ready. Pros (+) Nothing. I would not stay there again.
Cons (-) No parking spaces. They have park and fly and the parking lot was over half full from that. When we got there the first night we took the last parking spot available and were afraid to leave again that night in case we couldn't find a spot to park again. When we went to take off the next morning we had vehicles parked behind us. Check in was slow, and the second night we had trouble with our room ...

Pros (+) The front desk personnel were very kind, helpful, and answered questions. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed slept great!! Also, we appreciated the park and fly opportunity and the transport to the airport.
Cons (-) The breakfast was a little meager. Wish we'd had yogurt and fresh fruit too, but we got along fine!

Pros (+) The location was wonderful.
Cons (-) Cigarette burns on bed covers, in a NON SMOKING ROOM. I paid for a king-size bed, was given a room with two full. Outside door didn't work when trying to get back in. If it hadn't of been so late and I had already paid for it, we would have left. The man behind counter was hard to understand and couldn't help us.

Pros (+) Comfortable bed. Good location.
Cons (-) Room was dirty. Had been cleaned, but not well. Hair on the phone and the outside of the toilet was dirty. They only put decaf coffee in the room.
