Pros (+) People were friendly and room clean
Cons (-) They took a card for incidentals which they charged $10. For what????? We got nothing while there. Arrived 9:30 pm and left early. No extra charge was necessary - they should have to say what they charged for. Tried to get free internet. They wanted a fee for internet and I declined. The free internet didn't work - all sites were blocked. NOT good for a business trip.

Pros (+) Newly restored hotel in downtown KC. Clean and fresh setting. Rooms are very nice with new beds, furniture, and fixtures. Good but basic hot breakfast each morning.
Cons (-) Parking is valet only, and there isn't a good spot out front for someone to drop you and your bags off without getting in the way of the valet service. Our daughter who lives in town drove us while we visited KC, so we ended up parking down the street at a meter in order to check in.

Pros (+) Everything about this hotel was phenomenal: staff, service, breakfast, rooms, etc. Made me not want to go back home! I will stay here every time I come to KC!
Cons (-) Be prepared to pay for parking. The hotel offers valet for $16 a night.

Pros (+) The staff was nice and things looked clean. Breakfast was great. While we were there, some kids over flowed the orange juice drip tray and the staff was on it to clean it up. You could tell they were a little upset but they worked together to get it cleaned up.
Cons (-) It cost $5 for a fridge so I could keep my breast milk. I realize $5 is not that much but that's food for my kid. $5 adds up.
