Pros (+) This was our second stay at a super 8 on this trip. Good value and location to freeway and restaurants. The staff was professional and accommodating. We needed a different room, due to a smoking smell in a non smoking room. And i like that they allow pets. Makes traveling across country abit easier!

Cons (-) Had to change rooms because of the smoke smell, and then in the second room, a live tick crawled out of the tissue box. I'll be spending more in the future to avoid another disgusting situation like this one.

Pros (+) The price I got was the only real highlight.
Cons (-) I was in the room directly located by the back door. They keys wouldn't let you in the back door so you had to walk clear to the front of the building and then back down the hallway to get to your room. There was a lot of cars so when I got back late the only parking spots I could get were either in holes which were full of rain or way far away from my room. My tv also rarely worked. Pros (+) So much was wrong, we had to laugh. It was like staying in the money pit. Frig. didn't work, shower leaked all over the toilet, towels, floor...hair dryer fell off wall, bathroom door wouldn't close, black mold in bathroom, no front desk staff to be found. Cleaning crew were kind, but it was filthy.

Pros (+) Room smelled fresh when we walked in. The employees there are kind and help you with anything. Cleaning crew made sure trash was picked up daily and room had items needed. Price of the room was great for what you got.

Pros (+) The location is easy to find, right off 35. They called me by name before I even checked in. The room was clean and spacious with no outdated features. It was a pleasant stay.

Pros (+) Front desk agent was friendly, and the room was reasonably clean.
Cons (-) The facilities are really extremely outdated, and in very poor maintenance. Simple things to address, like the entire faucet being loose in the fixture, are just ignored. I understand that it's a value hotel, but my towels were all stained, the lighting in the room was horrible, there was no alarm clock in the room, and WiFi speed was mediocre.
