Pros: Great staff. Super nice people. The hotel itself...meh..definitely definitely not five star, perhaps not even four. Tiny room and bed so small I could barely fit. Noise from hallway came into room. I'd say it's a good four star.
Cons: The bed was tiny, barely fit one person.

Pros: Over the last 6 months, I traveled to 14 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of options and love having bottomless cappuccino or espresso. Not many hostels offer breakfast over several hours that are actually convenient for travelers, so I greatly appreciated that it started at 6:45am. Even the sheer amount of dining space available was great, with options for cafeteria style seating or something more cozy. Also loved having a door-to-door shuttle between Abraham Hostels, which made my transfer to the hostel in Jerusalem effortless, particularly with baggage that would've been a hassle on public transport. Abraham Tours are also 10% off with any hostel stay, and I booked one already affordable tour in advance with this discount. Fairly certain I will be doing 1-2 more!

Pros: Everything was clean and the front desk lady was very nice.
Cons: Management knows that they have a very noisy room and they still have it available (or maybe there are more?). It sounds like someone is flushing the toilet on you all night. And when you complain about it, and if the hotel is full, the manager will tell you that you can leave the hotel and they won't charge you. After a long fight with the manager (I am sure none in their vacations wants to fight) he agreed to refund 50% (I still think they should have refund 100%). However I am still waiting for that refund.

Pros: This hotel makes a great effort to make you feel welcome and comfortable. For example, they provide a small treat every day in the lobby like warming soup or a hot drink. (In winter) Also free delicious coffee and tea 24 hours a day. Rooftop patio is beautiful....location is right near the beach (ocean view) and helpful frontdesk staff.
Cons: The breakfast is too expensive

Pros: Staff was friendly / helpful. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of foods. Room had reasonable amount of space and plenty of storage areas. Location is very hard to beat: 2 blocks to beach; close to restaurants on Ben Yehuda and Bograshov; close to Carmel Market.
Cons: Due to large groups, lobby was often crowded, as was dining area at breakfast. However, crowds never caused long delay for us. Hotel did not have printers available for printing airline boarding passes. Front desk staff offered me to e-mail boarding passed for them to print (but my airline did not include that option). Trash can in bathroom had not been emptied, and bathroom had faint "off" odor.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and check-in/out was very easy. The hotel and rooms are very unique and cool. The hotel is based around being art-friendly, and local artists have installations in the hotel lobby, hallways, and rooms. The roof has an amazing garden and is a great place to hang out. We had a great room with a little kitchenette and balcony overlooking a very cute, quiet courtyard. The bathroom was luxurious; it had a nice sized tub (with shower), dead sea salts, and robes. The hotel had parking on site for a very reasonable rate (55 shekels for us). There's a great looking cafe on the premises, though we did not get a chance to try it.
Cons: The hotel is not in central, downtown Tel Aviv, but it is a walk-able distance (2 km or less, I think). For us, we had to walk about 20 minutes to get downtown. The positive part about the location is that it's in a quiet neighborhood.

Pros: Great little spot to relax near the beach. Quiet. Clean. Close to Jaffa if you're up for an historical experience.
Cons: Parking takes some getting used to. Hotel is on a one way street. But they have a deal with the owner of the small lot located North East of the hotel entrance. A very small lot, but I always had a spot. Otherwise, there is a sizable lot to the West if the hotel. Although it may cost a bit more to park there.

Cons: The staff, was rude, especially the front desk girl named Katie, she is rude, not helpful and lacks knowledge. The housekeeping stole items from me as well. Worst hotel stay ever!!!!

Pros: The hotel is brand new, location is amazing, front desk staff is friendly. Our room was spacious and had a very nice view both of the city and the sea. Food was really good but when it gets busy in the morning you have to wait for your coffee for good 15 minutes as you can only order it from the waiters.
Cons: We spent a night before our wedding in the hotel and needed to have express dry cleaning, we were told that it would be ready next day at 2pm but when we came to give the clothes we were told that it won't be ready until 4 which is too late as we had to leave the hotel around 3 already. We have asked for iron as well and the one given did not work and ironing board was broken. We were offered to have our clothes ironed and we had to pay for it, even though we would expect to have it as a complimentary service as the provided facilities did not work and we were misinformed regarding dry cleaning service as well. Not so many guests usually need these kind of things when they stay in the hotel but the problems we faced using this services were quite an issue in our situation

Cons: I was told I was being upgraded to a larger room which meant they put me in the basement (didn’t realize it was a basement until I open the blinds and saw dirt and a sewer grate. Anyway, it was musty and to top it all of these cockroaches kept finding their way onto the bed. I also heard the staff mocking a guest who complained about the smell of her room after they got off the phone with her. It really was an insane experience.

Pros: Location is great. That seems to be the only positive especially considering the cost.
Cons: I had my headphones stolen from my room. I met with hotel security and was consistently told that they were looking into it, but 2 days later have still not seen action. I will be disputing the charges for Kt last nights stay. Showed them my travel cars on the last day and have not received my refund for the travel tax. Beds were uncomfortable and same quality as a kibbutz. Room was not clean as well as there was hair in my bed and the shower and sink were dirty. Not worth the money and would advise against others staying there. Staff appears nice, but couldn’t do anything without manager approval and did nothing to resolve the issues of the tax and stolen headphones.

Pros: Very clean; comfortable bed; spacious room and bathroom; beautiful sea and city views; great location; friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast wasn't included, and seemed unreasonably pricey to add on; no mount in shower for shower head, so you're required to hand-hold the shower head -- it's difficult to shower using only one hand!
