Cons: We were to get a midsizecar, they classify the Kia Soul as a mid size car. My son is 6' 4" and his head touched the roof and he had no leg room. We could not put three average suitcases in the back. This is not a mid size car. Poor value for the money. Also to have an extra driver, family member, was 13.00 a day? Serious? We are on the same auto insurance policy. This was a rip off.

Be wary of insurance
Pros: Last minute rental to drive to comfort tx was easy to book and fast to drive of the lot
Cons: The insurance cost more than the car rental and was charged for two days,personally I would like to see a flat rate introduced to start saving people money.

Pros: The service was fast, I was in and out in less than 10mins. I received a Dodge Journey and it was parked up front.
Cons: The vehicle needed to be vacuumed and wiped down.
