Alamo rents Corpus

Pros: The most hassle free experience with a rental car that I've ever had. Service and ease of pick up and drop off was fantastic.

Cons: Car had typical gross rental car musky smell and fabric stains through-out front and backseats.

Good car rental experience

Pros: The car is clean and new. Pickup and dropoff procedures are very simple and very quick. The location is right at the airport which is very convenient. I had an emergency and had to leave Corpus Christi a day early. They even agreed to refund my money back for the day that I did not use -- good experience, next time I will rent from you again. Thank you!

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: They allowed me to return first car as had a steering issue and rode like a truck for a Ford Edge which was pure delight!

Cons: Jeep Renegade - rough and too much play in steering!

Pros: The SUV was a great ride easy check in and out no issues.

Cons: It was a little dirty but not a real issue. Chocolate chip cookie in. Up holder and wrappers behind seats. Thanks to the new car smell.

Didn't even get to rent a car from Alamo

Pros: The lady at the desk was nice.

Cons: I could rent a car from this location due to not having a credit card I only had a debit card. Even though nothing on the website mentioned it.

Pros: Liked the backup cam and gas usage. The staff was helpful. The car was clean but there was what looked like duct tape residue on the outside of the doors. Still it was a good price/value.

Cons: Didn't know I needed to bring my rental agreement with me for the inspection. Also the Alamo sign is very small making it hard to find the rental counter in the airport. (It's the same counter as the national car rental.)

Very convenient with no hassle.

Pros: Everything was in order. I felt like they actually trusted me to take care of the car. I haven't rented a car in several years. So I was sort of expecting some sort of interrogation. But not so... I was treated like a trusted friend both upon pick-up and drop-off. And the price was very reasonable.
