Refused to initially give me the size of vehicle I reserved. Gave me smaller vehicle than reserved and luggage wouldn't fit. Had to go back to desk to change vehicle, which required a second shuttle ride and lost hour delaying our long drive to hotel. The replacement vehicle was smaller than what was reserved, but larger than the first. Vehicle was lower quality than what was reserved. Feeling abused and cheated.Reviewed Jul 4 2022

The car itself was annoying. It kept beeping about something and there is no indication anywhere on any screen or display as to why. I thought mabye it was when I approached a train crossing, but honestly I still really don’t know.Reviewed Jun 20 2022

It was a disaster!Pros:You said it will cost 267 frank I end up paying 987 frank for different reasons. Some of it my fault but I wasn't expecting that at all and the website fee was completely misleading.Reviewed Jul 5 2018

Challenges when collecting the rental car.Cons:The rental company didn't accept visa debit card. The rental was actually done by hertz. And from my experience hertz is very ridge and not friendly. I who'd prefer to know these things in advance.Reviewed Mar 5 2017
