Pros:No smoking vehicle. Clean. Easy check out and check in.
Cons:Did not like driving 30 minutes across town to pick up vehicle.
Pros:Clean car, easy to find the rental desk, good rate
Pros:Pick up and drop off were very easy. The car itself was nice quality and easy to drive.
Cons:Car wasn’t very clean. Smelled like smoke. No wiper fluid.

Cons:The airport location could’ve told us that using your debt card to rent a car you would to rent the car 24hours in advance so we unable to make our trip
Pros:I liked the car and the price. The ease of ordering was nice too.
Cons:We had one heck of a time trying to get this car dropped off. There wasn't a Thrifty in Destin Florida that was open and we were told on the phone by customer service that we could not drop off at a Dollar or Hertz only to find out that the Dollar location could easily accept a Thrifty rental. It is a great benefit for clients to be able to drop off at many locations if needed. This should be conveyed to the customer.
