Bunch of random fees tacked on at the end, confusing where the added insurance was from/too.
It was a very easy experience obtaining the car and the drop off. The only negative was that there was some small bits of trash in the cup holder and side pocket, so obviously it wasn't cleaned between users but overall it was a good experience
Quick and easy pickup and a good price for a one day, one way rental!
I reserved the car and made plans, and then they called me the next day (the day I needed the car) and told me they didn't have any cars.
The agent, Craig, was excellent.
Check in too long. Car was not cleaned.
The staff at the counter were helpful and friendly. The problem was the time it took from leaving the counter to picking up the car. We were in a line for 1.5hr and when we returned a week later the line looked similar again. I don't know what they're doing at LAX but they just need to look at how its done almost anywhere else in the world and do the same. Have never had to wait for a car like this before.
Skoda Citigo model is not available for rent for a number of years. If we knew that we wold choose a different model. Budget must take a good look on their advertising. Budget staff at Prague Central location was unhelpful, rude and completely not interested in performing their job. Especially the people in car return lot.
Picking up at Malaga Airport was very confusing and dropping off at Seville Train Station was also confusing. Need better signage. We called budget for directions and they were no help.
I wasn't displeased or dissatisfied with anything
