Pros: The workers were very friendly and did their best to accommodate us.
Cons: The whole place seemed very unorganized. They didn't have enough cars for the 3 people who were standing in line and one person was made to wait. We requested a compact car and ended up with a 4 door pick-up truck. The seat didn't move up or down so we had to go switch all the paperwork to include my husband as a driver since I couldn't drive comfortably. The truck also had a 1/4 tank of gas. We had to get that changed as well, since they made us sign everything saying the car was in good condition and a full tank before we were even able to go outside and see it. Next time I'll pay a little more to rent from somewhere else.

Cons: I had reserved an economy car roughly a month in advance. Their address is misleading as it is not at the airport itself but down the road. No one was in the office the first 5 minutes, and when an associate finally came out she notified me that there were no cars. After an hour she said she had my rental available, a jeep renegade (definitely not compact). The woman was rude and service was very poor. Drop off after hours is not clear as there is no spot to leave the keys. The only positive was the car itself drove fine. Would not recommend due to terrible service.

TERRIBLE CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE - DO NOT USE THRIFTY
Pros: I literally have nothing good to say about this rental company.
Cons: I reserved a car for four days more than three weeks in advance of my trip through the mountains. When I arrived at 8am (my scheduled time) to pick up my rental, they didn't have any available cars and told me there wouldn't be a car available until 2pm. They offered me a Jeep that they could have ready at 9:30, but, as I was traveling through the mountains, a top-heavy Jeep was not appropriate. Then, when I told them I would be traveling out-of-state, they added an additional $20/day charge to my rental (which nearly doubled my total rental charge!!). When I asked if I could switch my rental to Hertz (operated out of the same building), they said I could, but they'd have to charge me a walk-up rate since I didn't have a reservation. I ended up leaving and not renting a car (as did the three people in line behind me also waiting to pick up reserved vehicles). Absolutely the WORST rental experience I've ever had. I will never use Thrifty again.

Horrible customer service
Pros: The car they gave me was great
Cons: One poor woman trying to handle many customers. My wait was over an hour to return the car. A little less to get it. Others in line told me about a 2 hour wait they had experienced. Someone else was given a large truck instead of a the sedan they had requested. They had never driven a truck and had an elderly mother who was not comfortable getting in and out of the truck. I would not use Thrifty again.
