Cons:I was charged a $15 "administration fee" for any toll I went through (even a $0.50 toll!). The EZPass flag was down so I have no idea what this fee covered. Ended up paying an additional $60 which I'm arguing to be refunded because that is absurd

Pros:The key remote to the car was Given to us low on battery so we had to manually do a lot because the key barely worked. The car wasn’t washed in or out which is pretty scary considering the pandemic. The car was given to us with less than even a quarter tank.
Cons:Better cars with working equipment, cleaner cars especially during a pandemic, and gas up the cars before handing over.
Cons:Staff were doing their best but we had to wait 2 full hours to pick up the car because there weren’t enough staff on to assist everyone. Also the car was filthy.
Pros:Pick-up and drop-off was super easy. They cleaned the car in front of me when I came to pick it up!
Cons:A little expensive for only have the car for two days.

Cons:Everything else, the car was filled with sand, it was given to me on little to no gas, I was unaware of the 30 min grace period on my reservation Causing me to rush to get the rental or lose my reservation, the location does not have any indication that it’s a thrifty location added with having hertz employees and signs.

Cons:pickup and dropoff were a mess. They pickup location was changed and you didnt know until you went to the first office. And then it took 45 minutes to pickup. Then when i went to return their customer service said that i could return by 6pm over the phone. then when i arrived they were closed so i had to return in the morning and i hope they do not charge me for it..
Pros:Easy pickup, great rate
Cons:ability to leave rental if office closed in the parking area. Narrows options of using when returning after 12, or 4 on weekdays. Also, noone there when we went to return 10am on a Monday. Had to just leave car.
Cons:When I went to pick the car up, I was told that thrifty was no longer at that location, and I need to walk a few blocks away to another location. I never received any heads up about this.
