Very good , very nice staff both at pick up and drop off . However at pick then paperwork showed no damage and there was damaged . I had to go back to the office and ask the very nice employee to come back and 6 or 7 nicks on the car were noted including a very big one . At drop off it was a little chaos with no room to drop the car anywhere and customers dropping car off queuing up and blocking the main road . Again a very nice staff did my end of contract procedure. Beware that any little nicks, scratch will be noticed on return and if it was not registered before you left on pick up you will be charged. Not very practical as the lighting is not the best in the car park and uneven . Make sure you take your time at pick up in a well lit area and make sure you get your car checked at drop off as any damage that could occur afterwards will be considered as yours if you just drop the keys... All together very happy considering that both on pick up and drop off the two ladies were exceptionally kind and helpful.
