Pros:Easy pickup and I loved that all the additional costs were given up front. It's nice not getting surprised with the insurance charges! The car was ok. We'd had a better quality car of the same class from other rentals but it did the job just fine.
Pros:Generally friendly staff, car was good, did not push “extras”
Cons:Took over two hours for car to be ready despite saying “20 minutes”.
Pros:Nothing.
Cons:It was a fire drill at Catania return. VERY difficult to find rental return; there was no one to meet us once we tried to return the car...had to park somewhere and go to the office to find someone (long line too).
Cons:3+ hour wait, total dysfunction, reservation completely meaningless as we were given a car completely different from what we reserved.
Pros:Great car!!
Cons:Agent did not tell us to bring the final gas receipt when we first rented car. Great otherwise.
