Cons:The ease of finding the location. The address leads to a huge area with bad signage.

Pros:Agency is on the street. Car is in nearby underground garage. 24 hour drop off with key box. Nearest gas to fill up is Esso on the right bank across the river.

Pros:The car offered was very comfortable and good.
Cons:The Paris agent was supremely arrogant despite our remaining polite throughout. She rejected the reserved car and price information completely despite being shown the contract and offered a deal at double the price, take it or leave it. She remained inflexible and simply threatened to close down if we persisted. Same approach on the car inspection; completely disinterested in my inspection, rejecting any change, complete with legendary Parisian disdain.

Cons:since the pick up was not from thrifty, hertz over charged us insanely, we paid twice the car rental price for insurance. twice!

Cons:The pick up took over an hour. The gentleman at the desk said to go up to floor 8 and the woman would have the keys and we’d be good. We went to floor 8 and the woman said that we needed to get the keys from the gentleman at the desk on floor 5. Felt very disorganized and woman wasn’t kind about it.

Cons:Literally didn't even pick up the car due to a HUGE line, one person working the desk, and multiple complaints from people in front of us saying their reservation price wasn't being honored. Went next to door to a competitor.
