Pros:No one was at the kiosk for pickup. The sign inside the airport said go to the garage. We get to the garage and there’s another sign that said to go to the lower level but no one was downstairs. An agent from another rental service said go to Hertz, the parent company. Nobody was there. So we call a number and no one answered. Eventually, after 20 minutes someone shows up. However, my online reservation wasn’t in the system. They had my name but not my info or payment. We stood there for another 30 minutes. In the end, I had to complete paperwork by hand. It took about an hour to get a car. It was ridiculous.
Cons:Now that we’re in the pandemic, have a better system for customer service. Other rental agencies had people working at their booths. Nobody was waiting for a car. If someone is going to be away from the rental desk, have a bell, phone number or something to alert an agent.
Cons:Waited an hour for computer to come back up before deciding to rent with another company. Ended up paying $75 more (full-size sedan for 3 days) for the day of rental.
Cons:This experience was great! Thirty is much better than Budget! Will never do business with Budget again! Sweet employees at Thrifty ad very helpful!
Pros:The car was very clean and very well maintained for a vehicle of almost 20,000 miles. I thought at first it was brand new... The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Cons:One minor issue: I had to wait in line to get the car for about 20 mins - if Avis and Budget are going to share kiosks then they need to man them sufficiently. Not a major issue, once at the counter the assistant was quick, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Pros:Due to bad weather, our flight plan was diverted and we had to rent a car to drive the last 75 or so miles home. Thrifty worked well at this time. Rental process was easy. Return process was easy. Price was reasonable. Staff were competent and understanding.
Pros:Not the Corolla I expected. The car provided was okay.
Cons:No attendant or instructions at point of return.
Pros:Great car. Roomy. Good ride. Easy to operate. Great mileage.
Cons:Check in. Took total of 45 minutes to exit airport.
Pros:The staff was extremely professional while we were checking in. He made sure we knew where our car was, and even helped with directions to our destination that night. I would definitely go back!
Cons:He could have asked the person that had checked in before us to wait until we were finished to have his questions answered.
