I thought the staff was great. Also, the car was good. I’ve rented a lot of cars lately, and they are usually dirty, not well maintained, I even had to buy a windshield wiper for one of them on my way to a trip. I had no issues with this vehicle, it was clean and in great shape.

Very difficult to find the rental agency (pickup) and then the parking lot (drop off). They don't give you the right address or any specific instruction

Very poor customer service. The car wasn’t ready when I got there and they also didn’t give me the car I was promised!! I was charged for an SUV but I was given a Toyota Camry. I feel ripped off! Very poor service!

There were a lot of add on charges and fees, also somewhat aggressive effort to make me rent a bigger car than originally planned

Cigarette smoke odor in car. I tried calling car rental & no one answered phone. Then called a different location to exchange car & could not. Too much of a hassle to drive back to JWA & exchange car. Purchased essential oil to somehow mask odor.
