Cons:They charged me an extra $20 than what my reservation showed and never sent me a receipt or contract so I don’t even know how much the total ended up being after I turned in the car. I tried to get a hold of the rental company before turning in my car to ask about drop off and no one answered at any location or the 1800 customer service number.
Booking sent me to Priceline. Priceline booked me a car pick up time that was precisely when that office closed. No one was at the pickup location when I got there at 2pm. No one to call at Priceline and when I bussed out to the airport location of Hertz 45 min later they told me they couldn’t honor that price. They told me I’d need to rent another/ more expensive car and to contact Priceline to get my money back. Priceline is impossible to get a hold of and their text bot told me to call Hertz which also doesn’t answer the phone. Terrible experience.
Pros:Yes, everybody that we spoke with was friendly and helful

The security deposit for debit card is too hight
Pros:Counter staff was excellent however 1st car stank of pot/ marijuana. 2nd car was good, mileage was recordered incorrectly in system (off 300 miles) however agent at exit was great and updated it.
Cons:Drop off does not provide a receipt at time of drop off unlike others like Enterprise.
Easy to pickup. However, I prepaid for the rental only to find I was charged an additional $193.00 on my cc statement. They did not email, call or text to notify me about the additional charge or anything so now I am having to try and reach them. Good times…
Pros:The young woman who helped us,Tatiana, I think, was amazing.
Cons:It was all handled great.
The store wasn’t open. Therefore, we could not pick up our car.
Cons:Hertz never checked my vehicle back in and has continued to charge me for rental days. I returned my vehicle using the express drop off on the 6th floor at the downtown Seattle location on 8th avenue. Currently working out the dispute with their extremely poor customer service at the local office level.
Unfortunately Hertz overbooked and it was a nightmare getting a rental it took over 2 hours for us to be given a car.
