Pros:Car was very clean and ready to go.
Cons:Pick-up and drop-off was cumbersome.
Pros:Stay did was great.
Cons:It wasn’t known that thrifty was bought by hertz and the thrifty sign at the airport was nonexisting which made it hard to pick the car up
Description of car, which did not have AWD as expected and therefore not safe in weather conditions.
Cons:Car was great. Drop off was easy. Pick up was a disaster! We waited over an hour and half in a massive line to get the car. Thrifty obviously has some MAJOR staffing issues. Allowing "gold members" to cut a line of over 100 people is absolutely shameful.
Pros:Great price.
Cons:The drop off parking lot is a healthy walk to the terminal when you have lots of luggage and no carts.
Pros:Thrifty beat the price of the other companies by huge amount. I spend $300 less than I had a year before for a one-week rental.

Pros:Overall a great experience. Easy to check in. The car I received was clean and any scratches and the window ding were already noted and marked. The rental agents were friendly and very efficient.
Good price. The desk person could of been a little friendlier. Crappy tires....Its Bozeman, put on snows or at least good all season.

Cons:I got to the airport and they had no car for me DESPITE MY RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. Ended up having to spend over double with a competitor. I will be contacting customer service tomorrow when I get home.
