Pros:everything was great
Pros:When I went to get the economy car I thought I had ordered, they said I ordered a "managers selection". And the managers selection was a van or a mustang. The truth is when I ordered the car online - the first thing I had to do was choose the type of car I wanted...I chose the economy car then it was stated that the car rental dealer would choose the economy car available. When I got there they said they chose any car they want for you. It doesn't make sense...why does the website even ask you the type of car you want. You are given a false impression and then when you get to the car rental facility, you have to pay much more for the car you want.
Cons:It would be nice if they didn't take advantage of people- sticking them with a car or price tag not ordered.

Pros:First car had problems. Swapped with no questions.
Cons:They refused to give me the car I reserved and insisted I had to take a minivan instead or pay a significantly increased rate. Not acceptable. They didn't have anything even close to what I reserved.
Pros:The clerk was very helpful and not pushy. He was very professional

Cons:The car was very dirty, the car was a lot of bump, graffiti and many miles (over 40 000)
Pros:Lost money clip with insurance and credit cards, cash, and id card at drop-off parking (I think) and all were returned. My thanks to the honest folks involved. I am thankful and impressed by these great honest floks!!!
