Pros:Why is the price that you pay always more than what is quoted when you book? Seriously why.... Its just so annoying.

Entirely dissatisfied. We were placed in a car not equivalent to what was originally rented and the car we were given was unacceptable.

Cons:When we picked up this vehicle we were told we could change primary driver in a week on over a three week rental. When we went to change the primary driver they said we could not we were misinformed by the agent. When asked to speak with the Manager she made the girl apologize for misinformation.
