Pros: Nothing. Your information was inaccurate. Was not able to take the car promised to me for not having a major credit care. Then was charged 10 dollars for penalty fee. Incredibly disappointed in customer service and buisness practices. I will never use your services again.

Cons: When we picked up this vehicle we were told we could change primary driver in a week on over a three week rental. When we went to change the primary driver they said we could not we were misinformed by the agent. When asked to speak with the Manager she made the girl apologize for misinformation.

Cons: Credit checks. Why on earth do you need to do a credit check? I have thousands of $ in my bank but because my credit isn’t good enough for you I was turned away. Literally standing there with verifiable funds and turned away after I made the booking and flew across the country. I needed a car. Fail
