Pros:All the staff with whom I spoke were very nice.
Cons:The car that I had initially reserved (compact size automatic transmission) was unavailable. The only alternative automatic trans car was a giant 7-seater SUV, which would have been impossible to fit down the narrow streets of Seville. Ended up going with a medium-size SUV in manual transmission. Not ideal as I'm not incredibly comfortable driving stick, so it made for a more challenging drive than I would have liked.

Pros:We had a great experience. All the staff was helpful and we got a great deal on our car. No complaints.

Cons:I have been told than an non US citizen could not take the insurance. So I cancelled the reservation. No problem with the the rental car company but I have been charged on my visa card of 43,42 + 0,85 euros by the ALLIANZ company (the 15 12 2016).
