Pros:The Attendant, a black male, was outstanding. Polite, helpful and he even brought our van over to the curb! The man went over and above.
Cons:All excellent!
Pros:Quick and easy.
Cons:Thrifty put on a charge for satellite radio at a charge of $7.99 PER DAY!!! I was never asked if I wanted this. Luckily, the charge was taken off when I complained. When booking online, said I would get a certain SUV or something similar. Ended up getting a sedan.
Pros:The staff was helpful and friendly. Dropoff was super easy using the drop box.
Cons:This was out of their control, but the car was covered in snow and the doors frozen shut when we picked it up. Some sort of covered parking for the rental car facility at KCI would be nice.
Pros:Easy reservation process, friendly staff, no pushy sales pitch to upgrade, vehicle was as advertised, simple vehicle pick up and drop off process, accurate bill.
Pros:The final cost was the same as the quoted cost - which is sadly surprising for most rentals.
Pros:Getting to Thrifty from the airport was easy. Also, the people behind the counter were super nice and helpful.

Pros:Specious big car for reseanable price
Cons:Showed up after a 30 minute delayed flight, no one at the counter to assist. Actually have a clerk at the counter that can assist during later hours. Or, if you're going to partner with another rental agency and defer your customers to their desk, make sure that desk is staffed. Avis did and was able to match your rate and earn my future business.
Cons:Was not able to travel.
