Pros:Car was nice, clean, etc. Dropping the car off was super simple, quick, and easy. Price was cheapest of all the competitors.
Cons:The woman working behind the counter when I arrived to pick the vehicle up was rude, assuming, and very unnecessarily curt with me. There was zero people in line behind me, I am young and polite and easy to work with, and I had made my reservation already online days before. But she was so rude and short with me, that it gave me pause, and I considered cancelling right there on the spot. She's fortunate that I am not her boss, as she would have to find employment elsewhere. If you work in customer service, be polite! Don't be a brat, don't make assumptions about people, chill out and do your job. end rant.

Pros:Agent at desk was friendly
Cons:I was assigned a car but it was not in it's location. I had to find an employee to find another car for me, which took about 15 minutes. The car I received was dirty and definitely wasn't cleaned beyond pre-covid standards. I'm not a germ freak, but greasy fingerprints on the screen and doors and a greasy feeling steering wheel are just nasty.

Pros:When I arrived I had a full size reserved. They were out and offered a mid size. When they range it up the cost was almost double. Until I showed them Kayak pricing then they lowered the rate.
Cons:Not having a full size vehicle.

Cons:The car was not clean. The pick up area is a good walk from the terminal when you have bags.

Pros:The car was new and clean.
Cons:It took far too long for us to get checked in. In the time that the clerk checked us in, the clerk next to him checked in 3 people. Took us about 20 minutes of him entering information into the computer before we got the keys. That was after waiting 25 minutes in a line with 1 person ahead of us.

Cons:Staff at pickup was not friendly. I was the only customer there and stood in line waiting for her to get off her cell phone. Texting. Young lady could not answer simple questions during registration. Vehicle was too small for what we needed. Gas mileage was horrible. Called while on the road and nobody picked up the phone. Overpriced for what was given. Will not use this complete again. Will not recommend.

Pros:The gal that rented my car was very nice. I got a beautiful car with all the bells and whistles. And she gave me a bottle of water to go.
Cons:Drop off in Louisville is outside for all rental cars. They need to change that.
