Cons:The lady at the counter: - Did not recognized the insurance with ALIANZ I paid to Kayak, she told me that If I had an event, I must solve it by my own because thrifty will not recognize the insurance acquired with you - IS THIS CORRECT? - She told me the Nissan Versa was not for 4 people (not true), is certainly a small car but it worked for us, 2 adults and 32 kids. - Push me to acquire an additional insurance because the one with Kayak did not covered liabilities - any damage to third parties Overall, I think that with so much rental companies, you should go with a different one as a customer I rented the car on 4/1 at noon. After receiving my contract I explained to the manager what was the case

Pros:Everyone was wonderful and they made renting a car easy and fast.

Pros:I like both vehicles we were given and the return location was super convenient.
Cons:I didn't like much of anything except what I mentioned earlier. I will never rent from Thrifty again. There is far too much to write, but we were disrespected and overcharged, I could go on. Feel free to call me at 804.513.4138.

Cons:price at the end was a lot more then what was quoted. Deck clerk did not explaine about extra driver,, paid for gas that was never used . only used car to go to hotel and back.

Pros:It was a nice csr at a good price.
Cons:There was no key fob, so I had to open and lock the car mentally with the single key. This became a big deal whenit was pouring rain, and when trying to find an unfamiliar car in large parking lots. Thrift made no accommodation for the inconvenience.

Cons:I have been trying to get a refund for the prepaid gas which I did not want. I explained this when I returned the car with a full tank of gas and was told it would be taken off my bill After several calls and two months later I still have not been refunded my money
