It took them over an hour to check in 6 people with multiple desk agents. And I checked in online.

Originally, the vehicle that I have reserve was not the one that I got. That person at the counter stated that the advertisement page.Was wrong. And it was a big different in price. I feel like at this point that was not my fall , and it should have been granted to me.

The front desk staff was the best I've ever had. Car was reasonably clean except one fake eyelash and cranberry in the cup holder.

I booked a ford transit when I got there I had a minivan so I had to double my charge to get a large enough van The passenger door did not open from the outside Radio had no Bluetooth

Hertz rep at the counter argued I booked the wrong category and proposed me a smaller compact car while my booking clearly mentioned suv compact. Finally managed to get it after arguing with him who «kindly » proposed me the proper car « for free ». The car park was full of suv compact cars so definitely not a shortage issue. Very unpleasant start of the week.

We were given a smaller car than we booked which made travelling as a party of 5 adults uncomfortable. Thenm once I arrived home I have received an additional charge to my credit card with no invoice or explanation

Pick up was amazing! Drop off at LAX was a nightmare!

Huge line at pickup. We waited for 40 mins. Also the AC wasn't up to par so it was really hot. But the staff was great. Gave us bottles of water and a popcorn snack while we waited.
