Cons:my husband went to pick up the car and got to the gate and they said he could not take that particular car. He had to turn around and they had to find him another one. The whole process took around 25 minutes

Cons:I showed up at 8am and there was one agent attempting to work with one customer ahead of me. I could read frustration on the face of the customer, and, overhearing the conversation, I gathered the agent did not know what she was doing. I waited for 10 minutes and no progress, so I went to Fox Car Rental at the next desk. When I left Fox, that poor customer at the Thrifty desk was still there. Ineptitude at its finest
